Worked on designs for the Philips Hue website that made shopping personal and more enjoyable. Additionally, I contributed to an improved support user journey.
I did an optimization of the customer care pages by crafting a product-focused support strategy, optimizing product categorization, and enhancing key customer support touchpoints between the Hue iOS app and web for improved user journeys. Meanwhile, in the 'find customers' team, I actively supported the implementation of the User-Generated Content component, created landing pages to facilitate easier campaign development, and contributed to the innovative 'Shop by Room' concept, enhancing customer experience and boosting organic traffic.
